Some sample cartoons to be submitted to the local newspaper when trying to get support for an expensive water projects.

There are a few clues to the age. First, the organization that created the guide was the “cast iron pipe research association” which no longer exists.

Second, and more Oppo relavent. It contains pictures of work trucks used in some outreach programs.

I can’t ID all the trucks, but the one on the left in the first picture looks like a 1958 Chevy.

i am in favour of having water they have my vote

do they also deliver rain? (yes yes yes.. im still whining bout the weather)

For the right price it can be delivered by the truckload. You’ll have to arrange for your own rockets to fire it into the clouds.
